1. Shipping Methods and Rates

 

1.1 At Footworx Online, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Standard of R120 per order
  • Free Shipping: Free shipping for orders more than R1500

 

1.2 Shipping rates are calculated based on the selected shipping method, the delivery address, and the total weight of the order. The shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process for your convenience.

 

2. Shipping Destinations

 

2.1 Footworx Online currently ships within South Africa. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

3. Order Processing

 

3.1 Orders are typically processed within 3 business days after payment is confirmed.

3.2 During peak seasons or promotional events, order processing may take longer. Any delays will be communicated to you via email.

 

4. Shipment Tracking

 

4.1 For all shipped orders, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.

 

5. Delivery

 

5.1 We partner with reputable courier companies to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your orders. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen during checkout.

 

6. Shipping Fees

 

6.1 All items carry a delivery fee of R120.00 incl. VAT per item, unless the order total exceeds R1500.00, in which case there will be no delivery fee.

6.2 Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty or damaged products or if the wrong item was shipped.

 

7. Delivery Address

 

7.1 It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information during the checkout process. We will not be liable for delayed or undelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses.

 

8. Delivery Issues

 

8.1 If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, the courier company will attempt to call you to arrange another delivery.

8.2 Should the courier company not be able to deliver for a second time, the purchase will be returned to Footworx Online. Any re-delivery will carry an additional delivery fee of R120.00 incl. VAT per item.
