5.2 Delivery Fees: All items carry a delivery fee of R120.00 incl. VAT per item, unless the order total exceeds R1500.00, in which case there will be no delivery fee.
5.3 Late Delivery: Footworx Online shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expenses arising out of late delivery.
5.4 Unavailable for Delivery or Collection: If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, the courier company will attempt to call you to arrange another delivery. Should the courier company not be able to deliver for a second time, the purchase will be returned to Footworx Online. Any re-delivery will carry an additional delivery fee of R120.00 incl. VAT per item.
5.5 Delivery Within South Africa: Intershu Online (Pty) Ltd will only deliver within South Africa.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 Return Policy: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow our return policy:
6.2 Returns Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within [number of days] days of receiving your order. We will despatch the courier to collect from the delivery address provided on the original order, unless an alternative is provided by you.
6.3 Collection Fee: Please note that all returns/exchanges carry a collection fee of R120.00 incl. VAT, which will be deducted from the credit amount.
6.4 Responsibility for Returns: Footworx Online shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expenses arising from a return not being delivered to us. It is your responsibility to ensure the return is properly packaged and shipped to us.
6.5 Refund Process: Provided the items are unworn and in their original box with packaging, a refund will be issued via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) once they are received and inspected by our team.
6.6 Non-Refundable Shipping Fee: Please note that the shipping fee charged for purchased items is non-refundable.
